The daily maintenance of a double column car lift mainly includes the following aspects:
Preparation before operation:
Ensure that there are no debris around the equipment and the work area is clean.
Check if the power cord is intact and if the connector is not loose.
Check if there is any leakage in the oil pressure system and if the oil level is normal.
Device startup and usage:
Start the lift according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Safely place the vehicle under the support arm of the lift.
Slowly raise the lift to ensure the vehicle is stable and balanced.
Do not perform maintenance work during the lifting process.
After lifting to the appropriate height, use a safety lock device to secure the lift.
Precautions during operation:
Do not overload to avoid damage to the equipment.
During the lifting process, it is prohibited to enter under the vehicle or stand in an unstable position.
Ensure that power sockets and wires are intact to avoid the risk of electric shock.
In case of emergency, immediately press the emergency stop button, disconnect the power supply, and notify relevant personnel.
Equipment shutdown and parking:
After completing the work, first release the safety lock, and then slowly lower the lift.
Turn off the power and clean the work site.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly inspect the wear of various components of the lift and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
Check the oil quality of the hydraulic system every month and replace the hydraulic oil if necessary.
Regularly conduct functional tests to ensure the normal operation of the lift.
Perform comprehensive maintenance every six months, including cleaning the oil stains on the hydraulic cylinder, cleaning the sliding parts, adding yellow grease, checking for hydraulic oil shortage, replacing steel wires, checking for oil leakage in the hydraulic pipeline, and checking for normal operation of the pulley system.
Monthly inspection content:
Check if the locking device is functioning properly.
Check if the cable is worn out too much.
Check all movable components for excessive wear.
Check if the screws at the connection are loose or missing.
Ensure that all components are in normal working condition before operation.
Lubricate the joints of moving parts with grease or WD-40 lubricant.
Other precautions:
Use anti-wear hydraulic oil No. 46, replace it every 18 months, with the first replacement every three months. When replacing, first remove all hydraulic oil from the tank before adding new oil.
Regularly remove the accumulated water in the lift oil cylinder, check the oil level, promptly strengthen the pressure oil of the same brand, and check the lubrication, lift transmission gears and chains.
Through the above maintenance content, the normal operation and safe use of the double column car lift can be ensured, and the service life of the equipment can be extended.
